Kimberly Conlon, MSN, FNP-BC is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than a decade of critical care nursing experience and a passion for helping patients look and feel and look their best through personalized aesthetic care. Combining her extensive medical background with advanced training in aesthetic medicine, Kimberly provides a thoughtful, results-driven approach to every treatment she performs.
At Syracuse Medical Aesthetics, Kimberly offers a full range of aesthetic services, including Botox®, dermal fillers, laser treatments, radio-frequency skin tightening, microneedling, and medical weight loss management. She believes that confidence begins with feeling comfortable in your own skin and enjoys working with patients to help them achieve their aesthetic goals through honest communication and evidence-based care.
Her passion for aesthetic medicine led her to practice at a reputable practice where she developed advanced skills in cosmetic injectables, laser treatments, microneedling, skin rejuvenation, and non-invasive body contouring. Kimberly is dedicated to creating customized treatment plans that enhance each patient’s natural beauty while prioritizing safety, education, and long-term results.
Kimberly earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Mount Saint Mary College, graduating with high honors. Before transitioning into aesthetics, she spent over 10 years as an ICU nurse at St. Peter’s Hospital, where she specialized in caring for critically ill patients, served as a charge nurse, participated on the Rapid Response Team, and mentored new nurses.
She also gained valuable experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner in cardiology, further strengthening her expertise in comprehensive patient assessment, treatment planning, and patient safety.
Outside of the office, Kimberly enjoys taking walks with her dog Sunny, spending time with family and friends, staying active, and continuing her education to remain at the forefront of the rapidly evolving field of aesthetic medicine.
Kate is a physician assistant with over 15 years of surgical experience at St. Joseph’s Hospital in general surgery and other subspecialties including colorectal, urologic, thoracic, ENT, bariatric, gynecologic and plastic and reconstructive surgery. Known for her expertise in robotic surgery, Kate brings a comprehensive, adaptable and strategic approach to understanding the needs of her patients and she is committed to providing quality care. She is also one of the lead trainers of new graduates joining the PA surgical residency program and her team, and is a member of a Quality Control Committee ensuring safety measures.
After earning a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Le Moyne College here in Syracuse, she continued working at CNY Fertility Center as a physician assistant, where she had previously worked as a receptionist and medical assistant while earning her degrees. This is where her love for medicine, procedures, surgery, aesthetics, and exceptional compassionate patient care began to evolve while working with her mentor and all the staff that became more like family.
Kate joined Syracuse Medical Aesthetics as a PA in aesthetics earlier this year. By incorporating her background and expertise in surgery, she is excited to provide exceptional care in medical aesthetics to her patients to help them look and feel their best. She believes self-care is a priority, and by helping people achieve their aesthetic goals, improve their confidence, and take time to focus on their own well-being is the perfect combination for success.
Currently, Kate is raising her family in Camillus, not far from where she grew up. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, working out, spa days, getting outdoors, traveling and exploring new places, watching Gilmore Girls with her two daughters, snuggling with her dogs and enjoying a blue drink on a beach in the Caribbean with friends.

Dr. Robert J. Weiss, M.D., F.A.C.S., was reared in New Jersey and graduated Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa, receiving a master’s degree from Rutgers University. He completed his MD degree at New Jersey Medical School in 1984 and went on to train in General Surgery at Waterbury Hospital, a Yale affiliate. He also received fellowship training in Vascular and Oncologic Surgery. Dr. Weiss became Board Certified in General Surgery in 1993 and was recertified in 2004, 2025. He was inducted into the American College of Surgeons as a Fellow in 1997 and has been practicing General Surgery in Syracuse since 1994. Dr. Weiss, his wife Lisa, and their two adult children reside in Syracuse.
Dr. Weiss has extensive experience in the diagnosis, surgical treatment, and management of benign and malignant skin lesions. His areas of expertise include abdominal pain, appendectomy, breast surgery, cholecystectomy, thyroid surgery, gallbladder procedures, hernia repair, pilonidal cystectomy, wound care, and general, robotic, and laparoscopic surgery.

Marcie Barbato, MSN, FNP-BC is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based care across a wide range of clinical settings, including primary care, psychiatry, pain management, geriatrics, occupational medicine, telehealth, and military medicine.
Marcie is passionate about delivering personalized, patient-centered care that recognizes the connection between physical health, emotional well-being, and self-confidence. She believes every patient deserves to feel heard, respected, and empowered to make informed decisions about their care. She likes understanding the whole person when it comes to formulating consultation recommendations.
She received her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Syracuse University, where she also completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) through the University’s Second Degree Nursing Program. Prior to pursuing nursing, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Health & Human Services from the State University of New York at Buffalo, providing a strong foundation in both physical and behavioral health.

Whether helping patients improve their skin health, reduce the visible signs of aging, or enhance their natural features, her goal is to create results that look refreshed, balanced, and natural while helping each patient feel confident in their own skin. Known for her warm personality and attention to detail, Marcie is committed to building lasting relationships with her patients and providing an exceptional experience from consultation through follow-up care.
Taylor Boyd is one of the friendly faces welcoming you to Syracuse Medical Aesthetics! Originally from Texas, Taylor grew up in a football family. Her father was a National Football League player who played for the Buffalo Bills and the Green Bay Packers, and her significant other is a Syracuse University football player.
Taylor is passionate about creating an exceptional patient experience and is dedicated to ensuring every patient feels informed, comfortable, and confident throughout their aesthetic journey. She believes one of the best-kept secrets to achieving beautiful, healthy skin is maintaining a consistent skincare routine, starting with a high-quality foaming cleanser. Taylor loves helping patients discover personalized products and routines that support healthy, radiant skin.
Outside of the office, Taylor enjoys playing volleyball, cheering on Syracuse University Football with the Syracuse Medical Aesthetics team, meeting new people, and shopping.
Ireland is a multimedia journalist and communications professional with more than five years of experience across broadcast news, digital media, and marketing. She brings an empathetic, solutions-oriented approach to every client interaction, grounded in a genuine commitment to community connection.
Ireland holds a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast and Digital Journalism from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. Following graduation, she joined Syracuse Medical Aesthetics, where her focus spans brand management, company operations, employee relations, and digital media strategy.
In the medical aesthetics space, Ireland has a talent for making clients feel at ease. She has a knack for breaking down complex treatments into clear, approachable language and for ensuring every person who walks through the door feels heard, valued, and confident.
Outside the office, Ireland is based in Syracuse, where she lives with her two cats. You’ll find her shopping, creating content, or spending time with her sisters.
