You should avoid hot water on the treated area for the first 24 hours and refrain from intense activities like workouts, hot tubs, or hot yoga for at least 48 hours. Sun exposure should be minimized for two to four weeks following treatment, and daily use of a broad-spectrum SPF 50 or higher is strongly recommended.
