Refund, Returns, and Prepaid Policies

Injectable Treatment & Results Policy

At Syracuse Medical Aesthetics, all injectable treatments are performed by trained medical professionals and tailored to each patient’s unique anatomy and aesthetic goals.
Because injectable treatments involve biological response and individual variation, results cannot be guaranteed.

Important Information

  • Injectable treatments such as neuromodulators and dermal fillers are medical procedures.
  • Results may vary depending on metabolism, muscle activity, anatomy, and lifestyle factors.
  • Some patients may require additional units or treatments to achieve their desired results.

Refund Policy

  • All injectable treatments are non-refundable once administered.
  • If adjustments are needed, additional treatment may be recommended and will be charged accordingly.

Follow-Up Appointments

  • For neuromodulator treatments (such as Botox or Dysport), patients may schedule a follow-up appointment within 10–14 days if they have concerns regarding their results.
  • Our providers will assess the treatment and determine if additional units are appropriate.

Prepaid Package & Treatment Policy

Prepaid treatments and service packages are offered to help patients achieve the best results through a series of treatments.

Package Expiration

  • All prepaid packages must be used within 12 months of purchase, unless otherwise specified.
  • This ensures patients complete their recommended treatment plan within the appropriate timeframe for optimal results.

Refund Policy

  • All prepaid treatments and packages are non-refundable.
  • However, they may be transferred to another service of equal value at the discretion of the practice.

Non-Transferable

  • Packages are intended for the purchasing patient only and cannot be transferred to another individual.

Promotions

  • Packages purchased during promotions or special events are final sale.

General Refunds

***No refunds are offered for services or retail products except in cases of defective or allergic reaction products, which are handled on a case-by-case basis. 

  • No refunds on consultations.
  • No refunds on gift cards.
  • No refunds after treatments/services are completed.
  • No refunds on supplements, if used. 
  • No product exchanges.

Defective products:

If a client claims to have purchased a defective product, have them bring the product back into the office and provide them with a new one free of charge. Notify Lisa or Ireland of the defective product so we can have the representative for that product cover the cost. No returns on Skincare. However, in the event of a proven reaction, please email office@syraesthetics.com within 5 days of purchase to discuss options with us.
