The SMA Membership Program is a treatment-based savings and benefits program designed to support consistent skin health and long-term aesthetic results.
Each monthly membership payment is deposited into the Client’s personal SMA Bank, which may be used at any time toward eligible treatments and medical-grade skincare offered by Syracuse Medical Aesthetics. Client agrees to a minimum membership commitment of six months!
Membership also includes exclusive pricing and member-only perks.

Client agrees to enroll in one of the following membership tiers:
SMA Essential – $49/month
- $49 deposited monthly into SMA Bank
- 5% preferred pricing on treatments and skincare
- Entry into monthly member giveaways
SMA Advanced – $99/month
- $99 deposited monthly into SMA Bank
- 10% preferred pricing on all treatments and skincare
- Entry into monthly member giveaways
SMA Signature – $149/month
- $149 deposited monthly into SMA Bank
- 15% preferred pricing on all treatments and skincare
- Enhanced birthday treatment perk
- Entry into monthly member giveaways
SMA Elite – $199/month
- $199 deposited monthly into SMA Bank
- 18% preferred pricing on all treatments and skincare
- Enhanced birthday treatment perk
- Priority booking for peak appointment times

Your SMA Bank Policy
All monthly membership payments are deposited into the Client’s SMA Bank.
- Funds may be used toward eligible services and products at Syracuse Medical Aesthetics
- Funds roll over monthly while membership remains active
- SMA Bank balance has no cash value and is non-transferable
- Any remaining balance must be used within 30 days of cancellation
