At Syracuse Medical Aesthetics, we reserve dedicated time for each patient to ensure the highest level of care and attention. To respect our providers’ time and accommodate all patients, we kindly ask that you review and follow our scheduling policies.
Certain services and all consultations require a $50 deposit at the time of booking.
This deposit will be applied toward your treatment or product purchase during your visit.
$50 deposit fee for appointments over 60 minutes, and for injectable appointments, and certain MOTUS PRO appointments get applied towards the appointment, also applies to new patients (consultations).
You will not be able to book your next appointment until the cancellation/no-show fee is paid in full. All charges will be applied to the card placed on file at the time of booking. Declined cards will be unable to re-book until fee is paid. Any deposits made for virtual appointments are non- refundable.
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
*Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a 50% cancellation fee or the forfeiture of your appointment deposit.
Patients who miss their appointment without notice may be charged a 100% of service as a no-show fee.
Repeated missed appointments may require a deposit or prepayment to schedule future visits.
For emergency situations, please call or text ASAP.
*No-shows are charged full service amount.
If you arrive more than 10–15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to avoid delaying other patients.
In some cases, late arrivals may be treated as a missed appointment.
*May result in a 50% payment of service fee or the forfeiture of your appointment deposit.
Those on our programs (Weightloss, Longevity, Injectable, etc) are allowed 2 reschedules per month with incurring a fee when they reschedule with a 48-hour notice.
Members of our SMA Membership Program are still asked to follow our appointment policies so we can reserve time appropriately.
However, membership cancellation fees are waived for members as a courtesy benefit of the program.
Members who miss appointments or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice may forfeit their monthly promotional add-on treatment, but their membership credits remain unaffected.
As a courtesy, we send appointment reminders via text and email prior to your visit. Patients are still responsible for keeping track of their scheduled appointments.
