Our Signature Membership is designed for patients who want consistent skin health, exclusive perks, and priority access to treatments and events. Instead of losing money on traditional memberships, your monthly investment goes directly toward your aesthetic treatments and skincare.

Every dollar you contribute builds your personal SMA Bank, which can be used toward services and products throughout the year, and as you choose.

Membership Benefits:

Monthly SMA Bank Credits

Your monthly membership payment ($150)  is deposited into your personal SMA Bank account and can be used toward any treatment or medical-grade skincare product.

You can use some or all of your credits at any appointment.

Credits may be applied to:

• Injectables (Botox, Dysport, filler)
• Laser treatments
• Skin rejuvenation procedures
• Medical-grade skincare
• Facials and chemical peels

When you check out after a treatment, your SMA Bank balance can be applied to your total.

Example:

Treatment cost: $500
SMA Bank balance: $300

You would only pay $200 at the time of your visit.

Rollover Credits

Unused SMA Bank credits roll over month-to-month, allowing you to save for larger treatments like lasers, injectables, or skin resurfacing procedures.

Credits may accumulate throughout the year so you can plan treatments when it’s best for you.

50% Off Monthly Add-On Treatment

Each month, members receive 50% off one featured add-on treatment when booked with a service.

Examples may include:

• Dermaplane
• LED Light therapy
• Hydration masks
• Enzyme treatments
• Skin boosters

This benefit allows you to enhance your results while experiencing new treatments at a special member rate.

Birthday Gift

We love celebrating our patients.

Members receive a complimentary birthday gift during their birthday month as a thank you for trusting us with your skin.

Birthday perks include:

• When you book a treatment, you will receive a half-off complimentary *MoveoGlo add on treatment ($600 value) *If MoveoGlo Photo-Collegan Facial (Face) is contraindicated, client may pick a different add on with esthetician's guidance.

Members receive exclusive gifts with select product purchases throughout the year.

Credit Expiration

To keep memberships active, credits remain valid as long as your membership is active.

If a membership is cancelled, credits must be used within a designated period.

Complimentary Consultations

Members receive all consultation fees waived. If consultation is needed with Dr.Weiss for any reason, some fee may apply. On a case by case basis.

If someone signs up to be a member during a consultation the consultation fee is put towards their credit bank.

Member Cancellation/Termination Policy 

Termination:

•  Clients may terminate their membership after the Initial Term (6 months) by providing written notice to Syracuse Medical Aesthetics at least 30 days prior to the desired termination date. If Client terminates their membership before the end of the Initial Term, Client may be subject to an early termination fee equal to the amount left in the contract. ie: 2 months left in the contract= $300

Business's Right to Terminate:

• Providers reserve the right to terminate a client's membership in the Membership Program at any time for any reason, upon written notice to Client.
